Where flowers meet confectionery

A bouquet with no ordinary petals.

A marshmallow bouquet begins as a palette, a feeling and a collection of individual flowers. Each bloom is formed by hand before the whole arrangement is balanced like a floral display.

The result is not a novelty sweet disguised as a gift. It is a considered centrepiece that happens to be edible: delicate enough for an elegant occasion and joyful enough to share.

No two arrangements settle into exactly the same shape. That is the signature of handmade work.

The making of a bouquet

Three quiet stages, hundreds of tiny decisions.

Colour, petal shape and composition are considered together so the finished bouquet feels natural rather than repeated.

01 / Prepare

Light marshmallow

Egg white, sugar, orange juice and agar-agar create the soft base, ready for carefully chosen colours and flavours.

02 / Shape

Flowers by hand

Petals, centres, buds and leaves are formed one at a time, with different piping and shaping techniques for every bloom.

03 / Arrange

A balanced composition

The finished flowers are gathered into a hat box, basket or gift presentation, then completed with tissue and ribbon.

Before you choose

Marshmallow bouquet questions.

What does the marshmallow taste like?

It is light, airy and softly melting, with a gentler texture than dense shop-bought marshmallow. Available flavours include fruit, mint and coconut notes.

Will my bouquet match the photograph?

It will follow the chosen style and palette, but handmade flower shapes and placement vary. Your bouquet will be recognisably related to the photograph without being an exact copy.

Which size should I choose?

Small bouquets make thoughtful personal gifts, medium designs create a generous impression, and large arrangements are best when you want a true centrepiece. The gift finder can narrow it down.

Do all bouquets contain egg?

Yes. All current marshmallow recipes contain egg white. Please review the full ingredient and allergen information and tell us about allergies before ordering.
