A double-take kind of gift
They look like flowers. Then comes the sweet surprise.
OK Bouquet creates artisan edible flower bouquets and sculptural keepsakes in Eastleigh for birthdays, thank-yous, new arrivals and moments when ordinary flowers do not feel quite memorable enough.
“Too beautiful to eat, but too delicious not to” - what began as our customers’ genuine reaction is now our guiding philosophy. Every arrangement is hand-piped from airy marshmallow and sculpted into botanical blooms or bespoke display pieces like grand pianos, teacups, vintage prams and celebration bottle collars.
“Too beautiful to eat. Too delicious not to.” Flowers that stay fresh for 10 days at room temperature, never wilt in a vase, and end with a shared pot of tea.
What makes it different

The detail of a keepsake, the generosity of a bouquet and the pleasure of a fresh marshmallow treat in one gift.
Fresh for the moment
Your bouquet is created for your order rather than selected from a shelf. Please allow around four days whenever possible.
Colours with meaning
Tell us the occasion and preferred palette. We will agree the direction while keeping the final flower and flavour mix a little surprising.
A first taste of the collection
From one sweet gesture to a full bouquet.
What is inside?
Simple ingredients. Extraordinary detail.
The flowers are made with egg white, sugar, orange juice and agar-agar, then coloured and flavoured to create a varied bouquet. The marshmallow is soft, airy and gently melting rather than dense or chewy.

Good to know
Edible flower questions, answered.
Are these real flowers?
No. Every flower is an edible marshmallow creation, shaped to resemble roses, peonies and other blooms. There are no fresh botanical flowers mixed into the arrangement.
Can I choose the colours?
Yes, a preferred palette can be requested. Because every bouquet is handmade, the exact arrangement and final flower mix will remain unique.
Can you deliver an edible bouquet as a surprise?
Yes. We can deliver directly to the recipient across our Hampshire delivery area and include your printed message on beautiful paper.
How should the bouquet be stored?
Keep it at room temperature in its packaging, away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. Fresh marshmallow keeps for up to 10 days.
