What is inside?

The flowers are made with egg white, sugar, orange juice and agar-agar, then coloured and flavoured to create a varied bouquet. The marshmallow is soft, airy and gently melting rather than dense or chewy.

Are these real flowers?
No. Every flower is an edible marshmallow creation, shaped to resemble roses, peonies and other blooms. There are no fresh botanical flowers mixed into the arrangement.
Can I choose the colours?
Yes, a preferred palette can be requested. Because every bouquet is handmade, the exact arrangement and final flower mix will remain unique.
Can you deliver an edible bouquet as a surprise?
Yes. We can deliver directly to the recipient across our Hampshire delivery area and include your printed message on beautiful paper.
How should the bouquet be stored?
Keep it at room temperature in its packaging, away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. Fresh marshmallow keeps for up to 10 days.
