About these terms
OK Bouquet is the trading name of Oksana Klymenko, a self-employed maker based in Eastleigh, Hampshire. You can contact us through WhatsApp on +44 7778 718626 or through Instagram.
A geographical business contact address will be included in the written order information before an order is accepted.
This website is a product display and enquiry service, not an online checkout. An order is discussed and confirmed through WhatsApp, Instagram or another method agreed with you.
These terms do not limit any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Products and handmade variations
Our products are handmade edible marshmallow arrangements. Photographs show the intended style, size, presentation and colour palette, but each finished piece is unique.
- Small differences in shape, colour, flower placement and finish are a natural feature of handmade work.
- Individual flowers, flavours, colours, decorations and packaging may vary according to season and availability.
- You may request colour preferences. We will tell you whether a request can be accommodated, but an exact colour match cannot always be guaranteed.
- A bottle or other prop shown in a photograph is not included unless it is expressly listed and confirmed as part of your order.
How an order is formed
- You send an enquiry identifying the product, date, collection or delivery requirement and any preferences.
- We confirm availability, the final product description, price, delivery charge, payment arrangements and relevant allergen information.
- Your order becomes binding only when we accept it in writing and any payment or deposit requested by us has been received.
An automated message, website price or initial conversation is not by itself acceptance of an order. We may decline an order where we lack capacity, ingredients, suitable delivery arrangements or enough notice.
Prices and payment
Website prices are in pounds sterling and relate to the described arrangement. The final total, including any delivery charge or agreed custom work, will be confirmed before the order is accepted.
The postcode tool provides an estimate only. The final delivery charge may change where the route, timing, access requirements or delivery conditions differ from the estimate.
Available payment methods, any deposit and the payment deadline will be confirmed during ordering. We are not required to begin work until the agreed payment has been received.
Lead time, changes and availability
Please normally allow at least three days. Larger, highly personalised or seasonal orders may require more notice. An urgent request is accepted only when we confirm that it is possible.
Please check names, dates, colours, delivery details and other instructions carefully. Requested changes are subject to availability and may change the price or completion time. We may be unable to make changes after production has begun.
If an ingredient, decoration or container becomes unavailable, we may propose a suitable alternative of similar character and value. We will seek your agreement where the change is significant.
Collection and delivery
Collection from Eastleigh is free. The exact collection point and agreed time are provided privately after the order is confirmed.
For delivery, you must provide a complete and accurate address, postcode, contact number, access information and a person able to receive the order. Products are delicate and perishable. If delivery cannot be completed because the details are wrong, access is unavailable or nobody can receive the order, an additional delivery charge may apply and redelivery may not be possible.
We will take reasonable care to meet the agreed time, but a delivery time is an estimate unless we expressly agree otherwise. We will contact you if an event outside our reasonable control causes a material delay.
Responsibility for storage and handling passes to you or the recipient when the order is collected or delivered.
Cancellations and refunds
Our arrangements are made to order, often personalised, and contain perishable food. The usual 14-day distance-selling cancellation right does not generally apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specification, clearly personalised or liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
If you ask to cancel before production begins, we will consider the request and normally refund payments less any non-recoverable custom materials or costs already agreed with you. Once production or bespoke preparation has begun, we may be unable to offer a cancellation, refund or change of mind return.
Your rights for faulty goods remain. Nothing in these terms removes your right to a remedy where a product is faulty, unsafe, damaged on delivery, not as described or otherwise fails to meet legal requirements.
Problems with an order
Please inspect the order as soon as it is collected or delivered. If something is wrong, contact us promptly with the order details and clear photographs where relevant. Because the product is perishable, early notice helps us investigate fairly and offer an appropriate repair, replacement, partial refund or refund where required.
We are not responsible for deterioration caused by failure to follow storage instructions, exposure to heat or moisture, damage after handover, or an undisclosed allergy or dietary requirement.
Food information and storage
All arrangements contain EGG. Ingredient, allergen, storage and best-before information is available before ordering and is supplied with the product. Please read our Ingredients & Allergens page and tell us about allergies before an order is accepted.
Unless the product label states otherwise, keep the arrangement in its packaging at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture, and enjoy it within the stated best-before period.
Liability and applicable law
We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory consumer rights.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts available to you under consumer law will have jurisdiction.
