Our commitment
OK Bouquet aims to make this website usable by people with a wide range of access needs. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA, as our design and improvement target. This is an ongoing aim rather than a claim that the site has received a formal independent accessibility audit.
What the website supports
- responsive layouts for mobile, tablet and desktop screens;
- keyboard access to links, buttons, menus, product details and interactive controls;
- a skip link and meaningful page headings;
- text alternatives for informative images, with decorative images kept out of the reading flow;
- visible focus indicators and colour contrast intended to support readable content;
- browser zoom and text enlargement without requiring a fixed screen size;
- reduced animation for visitors whose device requests reduced motion; and
- clear ingredient and allergen information in ordinary text, not only in photographs.
Known limitations
Some parts of the experience depend on third-party services that we do not fully control:
- WhatsApp and Instagram have their own accessibility features and limitations;
- the postcode estimator depends on the external Postcodes.io service;
- product photography may contain visual detail that cannot be completely represented in a short text alternative; and
- older customer-supplied material may vary in image quality.
We will continue to review the site as content and functionality change.
Alternative help
If any part of the website is difficult to use, contact us through WhatsApp on +44 7778 718626. Tell us which page or information you need and the format or communication method that would help. We will make a reasonable effort to provide the information another way.
We aim to acknowledge an accessibility message within five working days.
Reporting a problem
Please tell us if you find inaccessible content, a keyboard problem, unclear wording, missing image text or another barrier. Details about the device, browser and page involved are helpful but not required.

Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on 23 June 2026 following an internal review of the website's structure, keyboard controls, responsive layouts, motion preferences, images and written content. It will be reviewed when substantial features are introduced.
